Cis- is just a prefix from latin meaning "on the same side"... the vatican should sue Twitter.

They're called fascists. They'll bang on and on about how your rights are being taken away so you should empower them to protect you. Then, the second you do, they'll be the first to take away the rights you thought you were protecting.
