I use the deliveries package tracking app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.orrs.deliveries
I've used Deliveries for years but recently it's been broken for UPS and FedEx in the USA. Since those are two of the biggest carriers, I've had to switch to Aftership for now.
Same here. No idea about themes, but it works really well.
