RIF user for 13 years, currently using Liftoff which is really slick. Not exactly the same but it's close. Also liked jerboa but liftoff is my current lemmy app.
I tried Jerboa but it kept telling me to log in every 5 seconds so I got rid of it. Hopefully they get it working.
