Anybody else raised way more by the internet than their own parents?

Geriatric Millennial reporting in: nope. My boomer parents are great, and had a fantastic mixture of hands off free roaming and hands on helping. The internet didn't really factor in until my late teens.
I, too, have turned 40
Same boat. I didn't really have good internet until I was in my teens anyway, living the 14.4kbps and 28.8kbps split between 3 brothers life.
