Probably possible, sorry I didn't phrase my question correctly. I was more interested in how an instance decides to block another instance.
Like for example: if I'm a user signed up at Lemmy.world and for some reason Lemmy.world decides not to federate with Beehaw.org, does that mean I will also no longer be able to interact with Beehaw using this account?
