Indeed. The only time I've found ChatGPT useful is as a backboard for debugging obscure build and linker errors

I had a linker error in Rust for the first time today and I started crying til I saw someone say to just delete the build cache lol

Your loss, that shit is good

Well let's break it down:

  • 🍔 + 🍔 + 🍔 = 18
    • 3🍔 = 18
    • 🍔 = 6
  • 🍔 + (🍟 • 🍟) = 5
    • 6 + 🍟^2 = 5
    • 🍟^2 = -1
    • 🍟 = I
  • 🥤^🍟 - 🥤 = 3
    • 🥤^i-1 = 3
    • 🥤 = 3^1/(i-1)

Simple!

C++ is only as fast as C if you use only the parts of C++ that are identical to C. In other words, C is faster than C++

Pretentiousness? Or developers charging a fair price for over a decade of development work, the quality of which makes Bethesda and Ubisoft seethe with rage?

They are, under the botanical definition, but the poster is using a very broad definition of berry then because strawberries aren't botanically berries lol

I LIKE YOUR FUNNY WORDS, MAGIC MAN

Is it really unethical if modern publishing and copyright is unethical in the first place

I don't know about shouldn't. I think that there should always be the option to work remotely, but I much prefer to work in an office where I can have a separate mental space from home and be able to build meaningful relationships with my coworkers.

On a normal size phone screen it's easy to make out the words for me with normal vision

I'd argue the opposite - Rust is the perfect fit for the entire stack. We don't even need JS with libraries like Yew

Technically speakeasies are still a thing, but afaik they're more modern "underground" bars rather than literally prohibition-era speakeasies

As much as I'd love to bike on the moon, our rovers don't last more than a few hours at most when dealing with lunar regolith - it's highly abrasive and gets everywhere

My suggestion? Pirate it. Play the full game and see if it's worth your 30 bucks. If it is (and I believe it will be), then buy it on your platform of choice. If not, nothing lost.

Not all of us are simps for media conglomerates and publishers

I was entirely skeptical of the concept at first and honestly had to check to make sure this wasn't an April Fool's post, but after getting through the article I think it'll be a great addition to the game lol

I think it sounds like an excellent "deep dive" project, but don't get your hopes up that a million people will use it. Ultimately I believe this will be a test of your statistics and math skills more than anything,

I think you could probably reasonably complete the application itself in 1-3 months, but I have no idea how long it would take to complete the matching/recommendation algorithm.

Coffee is great, the problem is most coffee is brewed horribly. Get yourself a cheap pour over set and a kettle and you'll get significantly better results, with much more improvement possible past that with whole beans and a decent grinder

Christian here, I don't understand why anyone would object to this lol

I need schedule interrupts for this hype train

It also scorches the coffee, ever wonder why your coffee always tastes burnt in the afternoon? Microwaving just heats it up without burning the dissolved coffee

Yes, it's very irritating lol. Basically, you know how sand is fairly abrasive by our standards? Well, sand has had millennia to get smoothed over by the natural cycles of our planet. As such, it's fairly smooth all things considered.

Lunar regolith has not had that same opportunity. It is extremely sharp - sharp enough to cut kevlar. There's a reason so much engineering goes into making EVA suits for lunar environments.

Just use more hair dryer

I suppose you're right, I misread lol
