Just like sharks.

As always - if you're saying a word is comparable to the n-word, and you are able to use your word in public as a non-black person, it's not like the n-word

Wow! I can't believe she didn't intentionally make the obviously worse choice. Unironically. This is entirely new territory as a democratic voter!

Oh wait he's serious. Let me laugh even harder.

He's not even a Democrat anymore, he's an "independent". He would only be running if he had a chance to throw the election to Trump.

I hate that I have to know this guy exists. It's like someone told him eating shit is bad for you and his whole personality is so reactionary that instead of just smiling and nodding, or even not eating so much shit, he's decided to base his entire existence around aggressively eating as much shit as possible to troll the haters.

I need to see some kind of statement from Harris on this pretty soon, she doesn't need the billionaire money but she does need voter enthusiasm. Don't fuck this up goddamn.

Love to see class consciousness rising above artificial generational conflict

Ok, I am going to need context on this one

Yeah those police officers would have 100% done an Olympic dive off the bridge and started fishing people out if only we hadn't defunded them with BLM

How is this not an onion Photoshop. Incredible

We’ve always been clear that the goal of Manifest V3 is to protect existing functionality while improving the security, privacy, performance and trustworthiness of the extension ecosystem as a whole. We appreciate the collaboration and feedback from the community that has allowed us - and continues to allow us - to constantly improve the extensions platform.

"We've always been clear that the goal of our remote-unlockable front door product is to protect your family while improving the efficiency and safety of our field reconnaissance and repo unit. We appreciate your feedback that you really hate unannounced in-home data gathering incursions, and we are integrating that feedback going forward as we work to improve your interactions with our team. See you soon!"

Daniel Perry should never feel safe in public again.

The cat has needs, but refuses to communicate them without first performing an elaborate bee-style ritual dance/scream-off

E.g. if she wants to drink from the faucet, I have to stand there while she circles and jumps from countertop to countertop for 5 minutes. If I turn on the faucet in advance she will get annoyed at being rushed and reset the entire QuickTime event

This is probably talking about "open source intelligence" which is not related to open source software. That doesn't mean they're cool, obviously

You mean the genocide protesters?

I love how carefully the article steps around the central issue of who was doing the bribing. In context it seems likely it was Ticketmaster lobbyists, but the article would have you presume the tickets materialized from the ether and landed gently on a series of legislator desks.

Minor nit pick overall, but 'diddling' is a revealing choice of words

This is super, SUPER normal for this area. Seriously. This is like announcing the shooter had a dog and propane grill in the back yard.

Since I don't see it addressed yet:

“luke” derived from “lew” or “lewk” or “leuk”, in Middle English, which meant “tepid” (slightly warm). This in turn came from the Old English adverb “hlēowe”, which means “warm or sunny”. Finally, “hlēowe” came from the Proto-Germanic *hlēwaz, meaning “warm”.

The word “lukewarm” popped up around the 14th century as meaning “slightly warm”. Within two centuries, it also began having a figurative meaning, that of “lacking in enthusiasm”.

That's why she's so mad all the time!

I think the cat's out of the bag at this point... There are and will be attempts to reverse the trend by sheer executive will, but it isn't going to be enough to save the overall commercial real estate market globally.

I don't know enough about how things are linked together, but I suspect that will have an impact on home prices as well when it happens
