If you can't see a community, it is likely nobody on your instance is subscribed. On the top right of the page, search for the community (with the instance included), wait a few seconds, then search again. Subscribe to it, and you should be able to post there.
Also, if it says no results found, simply reload the tab. It will show then.
I managed to make a post on cats, The ones on the r/196 list have a subscribe button, but antemeridian doesn't. So I guess they aren't linked.

The ok buddy baka page gives the instruction that I have to paste the text that it won't allow me to paste here into the search bar of the instance, which I pasted into the search bar of blahaj and on the search bar of antemeridian, and it won't allow me to subscribe on the results page, so I don't know.
But antemeridian isn't on the list :(
