Apparently he cannot seem to accept the fact that he's basically irrelevant at this point. There have been a few publications about him in recent years, including a biography by Joe Hagan, and then Wenner's own follow up memoir on himself. That he allegedly spent half his life in the closet and kissing up (sometimes literally) to half of the rock world (if we are to believe Hagan on this...) seems to not have given him enough attention, so of course: here come the completely asinine/inappropriate/racist/sexist comments like these. I am not a fan of cancel culture, but in this case I am happy to indulge....

There is no cancel culture, it’s called acountability

Merely using the term most often seen.

It wasn’t a reprimand, sorry if it came out too harsh. It’s just this concept puts responsibilities upside down, and it bothers me.
