Stable Diffusion Web U by Automatic1111 is pretty excellent for doing image generation on your own hardware.
And even if your pc can't run it there are always
cloud hosted installs[update]: seems as /u/Deckname mentioned below, colab changed their service terms to disallow running SD. :(Didn't google block the usage of Stable diffusion on colab?
