Edit : Yes there are workarounds using Revanced. Check the comments for some awesome help on how to do this if you wish! Just know, in the future it will most likely end up being patched annoyingly and I therefore recommend looking forward to the future with us here.

The ReVanced team have patched it, so you can continue using it for all your non NSFW needs.

Heard anything about for IOS?
I doubt Apple would allow anything like the ReVanced manager to exist in their ecosystem. I'm sure someone will do something but you'll probably need to be jailbroken (not sure if this is true, don't use Apple)
