What is Something Scientific that you just don't believe in at all?

We're not out to cut funding to your black hole detection chamber or revoke the degrees of chiropractors just because a couple of us don't believe in it, okay? Is there a competing theory you find more compelling? "I don't know what happened" is fine, but if there's something else I haven't heard of that could explain the facts as we know them I'm interested in learning about it.
