I agree the GOP isn't great but Menendez is a Democrat.
Irrespective of party, he needs a conviction if he's committed the crime, and it certainly looks like he did.
I know - that’s my point. The gop doesn’t care whether a politician is a criminal, or whether they engaged in an attempt to violently overthrow the government.
