My reddit web viewer still works! Story: When reddit killed 3rd party apps, I uploaded a web viewer I have been using for myself to Github pages for everyone to use...

If you want to lurk on Reddit, you can use this web reader I built for myself when I got inspired by the Apollo app years ago

Hello, I really like the UI, but the name of your website is too long to type. Also, it consists of two separate names, which redirect to two different websites (rdx.com and overdevs.com), meaning your website name is not good enough. It would be better if you used an alternate name, which is:

  • Concise. (reddit.com has a maximum of six characters.)
  • Attractive. (The name should sound beautiful so users are more likely to use your website.)
  • Familiar. (The name should have similarities with Reddit, so users will recognize that this website is just a different UI for Reddit and not a completely new website.)

I apologize if I sounded too harsh when giving feedback.

rdx.overdevs.com doesn't redirect to two different websites, it's a subdomain (which essentially functions just like any other domain).

The name being long isn't really a problem when most people just bookmark the sites they want to visit often and/or add the site to their home screen on mobile devices.

Moreover, using an alternate domain would incur additional unnecessary yearly cost & time to renew. The less maintenance these types of projects need, the better it is usually for them to survive long term.

I don't like the name either and will ask for suggestions and change that but it doesn't make two redirects. Why don't you suggest one?
