how are the “welccme parties” of universities in your country?
I am Brazilian, so they are really common, and wild, people drink piss, shave peoples hair, ruin people’s clothes, get drunk, and once a person even died, how are they, if they exist in you country?

With some of the things you listed, probably hazing.
I'm guessing "welcome" might be better translated as an initiation, but hazing is more clear that it is humiliating/degrading and/or dangerous (and maybe even not much of a choice). (Edit)
