I live in Bowman’s district and it’s disgusting how effective this ad blitz has been. Latimer yard signs are everywhere here, while I’ve only seen one Bowman sign. The only pro-Bowman media I’ve seen this election cycle was an op-ed in a local paper. I hope I’m wrong, but it’s looking like Latimer will run away with this one.
When the Democratic Party propped up Coathanger Cuellar, they claimed it was because they protect incumbents and not because his opponent was a progressive.
I'm not seeing the party protecting Bowman.
The Democratic party seems to be pretty ok with staying just a few moral shades lighter than the GOP and i honestly can't stomach watching that depth meter spin down into the abyss.
