Best case, "states rights, up to each state."

Worst case, "this isn't explicitly in the Magna Carta, so no rights for trans folk."

Either way, we're fucked again.

"Traditionally, trans people have had no explicit rights based on their trans status, and we have to respect the sanctity of that clearly deliberate omission."

Only way to have rights guaranteed for the LGBT communityvis to have more left-leaning justices than right-leaning ones at all times.

That's what the second amendment is for!
