The lawsuit accusing Trump of raping a 13-year-old girl, explained
vox.com

Johnson claimed that Trump violently raped her when she was 13 at a 1994 orgy hosted by Jeffrey Epstein — the billionaire who was convicted in 2008 of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution and has been accused of having sex with more than 30 underage girls.

Johnson said Trump had sexual contact with her at four of those parties, including tying her to a bed and violently raping her in a “savage sexual attack.” The lawsuit said Johnson “loudly pleaded” with Trump to stop, but that he responded by “violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.”

The lawsuit itself appears to be real, not fake.

The allegations may not be true.

It's subtle, but there's a difference

It might also be the allegations are 100% true, but the death threats and people trying to destroy your life and those around you might not be worth it. Look how Stormy has been treated when the Cult is out to get you.

Yeah.

I fear that my original comment might be misconstrued so I just want to make it (probably annoyingly) explicit:

  • original comment: lawsuit is fake
  • reply1: no it's real there's a case number
  • reply2: oh well then it must be true
  • my reply: well akshually the existence of the lawsuit is pretty clearly not fake (response to original and reply1) but yeah you're right it hasn't been tried and we don't have all the evidence to show that its contents were true or not

FWIW I fully believe Trump did this and worse, but that's just me

Poor wording on my part. The lawsuit was not fake, the allegations were. None of the other Epstein victims corroborate that Katie Johnson was even on Epstein's island.

I do think Trump has done similar/worse though, but there's yet to be any real evidence surfaced.
