Vimium like plugin for firefox with favicon support?
I know vimium works in firefox, however I ran into this 4 year issue: https://github.com/philc/vimium/issues/3674
Is there an alternative that doesn't have that issue?

Tridactyl? I prefer it to vimium due to native messaging support
Is there an easy way to migrate my vimium conf to it?
Also are you sure that it displays the page icon in the active tabs menu?

Yes I'm sure but it depends on your theme. For example, Shydactyl theme must be customized to display favicons
