I'm not sure I understand your question. Could you please clarify?
FYI, after signing up, you need to be approved, so it is not immediate.
@ndr The form is stuck in the loading state and there's no feedback whatsoever that it went through. I assume it didn't since the usernames I tried are still available.
Your application is probably still pending. Might be related to server load, or it was denied. Just be patient. They manually approve requests, so I'm sure they have a bunch of applications to sort through.

@CosmxTi Unfortunately that isn't the case. It might be server load, but whenever I submit the sign-up form nothing really happens other than the submit button saying it is loading forever. Like I mention in another reply, the usernames I tried to get are still available.
