The Phillipines is deliberately creating tension by not rolling over and accepting China's unilateral annexations of areas of the SCS they have never had any claim to.
The Chinese claims are so over the top ridiculous that at some point I have to imagine they will see reason. I mean just look at what they are claiming! Their claimed dash line isn’t even close to their shores and passes by a number of countries. Absolutely incredible to think they have a claim like that.
