How many hours of work do you think you realistically do each day?
Even with a mandatory RTO for several days, I find myself not really getting more actual work done at the office (surprise).
I think when I'm productive and focused, even at home I get maybe 3-4 hours of meaningful tasks accomplished.
They have like the next 2 years of features planned out, so I'm on an endless treadmill. I do X tickets per sprint and no more. Sometimes that means more hours, sometimes less but it's not as clear cut as just doing a certain number of hours per day. The workload changes depending on what needs doing.
