The article is correct. The safety risk is that the parts COULD be dangerous to use. Whether the parts are actually defective or not is irrelevant because they don’t know; that’s what makes them a risk.

Halfway through, I noticed that the plastic container I was setting the blanched beef into into was shrinking. Turns out that the knob I pushed to HI was actually for the burner under the cast iron pan that my container was setting on. Thankfully the wet beef kept the plastic cool enough to be just softened and wilty instead of melting to the pan.

I think you misunderstand what the constitution does and doesn’t do. It defines the structure, powers and limits of the Government.
The clause means that the Government cannot instate a religious test on candidates for office. It does not dictate how individuals are allowed to decide which of those candidates they vote for.
