Hygiene is the thing I struggle with. Every time i brush my teeth it's, "I'd better do it while I'm think about it." Showering is an active choice which i hate doing because I dispise how my body looks. Exercising? Absolutely terrified because the last time I truly exercised I almost died due to a septic pelvis injury.

Often enough I dont have enough spoons to do everything I do in the day and spend a lot of it in bed. I'm currently trying to find a source of income and have put some images on redbubble, but the thought of holding down a job is foreign. ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety are not a good mix

I can whistle normally, but can't do the two fingers in the mouth nor can I properly do the blade of grass trick. Wish I could though

The ones that make me happy are when passed family members or pets stop by for a visit. I remember having one dream where my grandmother, (who passed in February), interrupted one of my dreams and I got to finally give her a hug goodbye. For a while my dog Skipper, a skipperkey, would show up and talk to me. She was blind and fearful in her last years so it was quite relaxing to know she was alright.

I'm actually the opposite! Had my hair long for years because I was a dancer and needed it long to put it up in buns for the wig (competitive Irish Dancer, wig was a part of the deal). Years after i stopped I finally got it cut short and it's a wonder how I dealt with long hair for so long with hating it on my neck

This is why I can't clean knives. Chopping things with them is fine as I have something to use the knife on that isn't myself. Cleaning them just spawns awful intrusive thoughts, if i had a cantaloupe to stab after cleaning them I'd probably do better

The pharmacy that supplies my main med has failed to get things in on time so my brother and I have had to share meds (the medication is just different dosages, I take two 12.5 while he takes an 18.5) a few times. We cannot function without it, we just sleep and do nothing else.

Midwestern US here, it's been getting hotter and some years our AC just stopped working. I keep my fan turned on almost 24/7 as I can't breathe well without it on and recently I got blackout curtains with angled curtain rods. Keeps my room much cooler than a blanket over the window
