Months later, the Supreme Court’s SpeechNow.org v. FEC ruling —which effectively paved the way for super PACs — ushered in a new era of massive donations and groups spending unlimited sums on independent expenditures.
I can't help but notice that the Supreme Court is really leading the way with "bribes are cool" decisions here. It's almost like they are a corrupt group of people getting lavish gifts.
