It would be better long term to actually legislate the farmers and commercial water usage instead of let them do whatever the hell they want.

This is speculation but:

Higher education is typically liberal leaning. Liberals tend to be less religious and far more free thinking.

Conservatives are far more religious and illiterate/less educated. Conservatism as it is now is a minority to progressive ideologies (frequently outvoted in populist polls).

To get more power they need more religious and less educated voters to sway with propaganda/media talking heads. Higher ups are certainly pushing the narrative of private education (run by unlicensed teachers; teaching selective conservative values in textbooks) and it’s parroted by every republican voter and their mothers.

An uneducated voter base will equally vote against their own interest. They just don’t know any better. I’ve seen relatives (grandma with Native American heritage vote republican; anti women’s rights/anti Native American rights/anti social programs) vote to harm themselves because fox told them to. Insanity.

I asked this question last well. Someone said it’s been noted and in the works with other decisions.

I’ve got a small group at the moment so we tend to stick to Valheim. Very little progress each time. Usually a lot of catching up on talk and building a slightly bigger building.

Will throw in a multiplayer humble game every now and then to switch things up.

Counter strike works well on the deck.

Insurgency sandstorm works well on the deck. Needs to be plugged in as it goes through battery fast.

Battlebit Remastered is the latest that works well. Remap some buttons and it’s great.

I use gyro aiming on all of these (turns on with using L2 for aiming.)

Almost certain aftermath photos are included in textbooks when I was in school. As well these images are found on the internet.

I know these things aren’t mutually exclusive but Japan should focus more on apologizing for its own atrocities in WWII that led to the necessity of the bombs. The Rape of Nanjing had as many innocent deaths as the 2 nuclear bombs combined.

(Also also it seems to get overlooked frequently, but the Allies could have kept fire bombing cities and it would’ve caused far more deaths then the atomic bombs caused.)

Emulation of PS2 has been flawless. The setup is easy and you can get good looking graphics (I’m playing ratchet and clank series right now. 1080p makes the models look really nice. )

PS3 has been near impossible for me to get running on my SteamDeck. Others have said they got it working with titles being hit or miss.

You don’t need a few big bubbles(instances.)

What you need is a well organized search database of communities that belong to thousands of different instances (and need a more streamlined way of subscribing to these communities from each instance).

Since any instance can essentially connect to another (unless blocked by administrators), you can have tons of these communities distributing the traffic evenly so nobody is bogged down and still access so of the communities across the fediverse.

Real trucks do have a full cabin my dude. Landscape/Hardscape crews prefer to take few vehicles onsite. Although we always get the normal bed size. Short bed is useless to everybody.

Getting other launchers to run can be tough so that’s probably why you’d think it won’t work. But to me it’s not worth the effort.

I’d go with emulating. Any PS2 FIFA game will work great. I’ve gotten WiiU roms to run well. People have gotten Switch games to work (I tried BotE but I need to organize the game files on a separate computer first and see if I can get it to work.) PS3 was a hassle to setup and won’t even work after hours of setup. Ymmv.

There are some indie games on steam you can try as well but they are more arcady.

Yeah the deck takes practice to get semi decent in fps. I’ve been trying to research if it’s possible to counter recoil movements in game with the deck controls. Nothing yet but maybe someone will figure a work around.

It’s fine for now. But I very much would prefer a general gaming community for major topics that anybody familiar or not with games can discuss, but also will need more specific communities for discussing:

PCGaming (including what components are a steal or required theses days, games that are only on Pc or to be ported, etc)

SteamDeck (just coming out last year it has daily information that needs to be passed around to users) l

TableTopgames (convention talk, deals, reissues of old games making comebacks, what games for party sizes, best snacks, etc).

And many more communities that aren’t just for me.

All of these communities end up getting lost in a larger group like Gaming. Cross posting is not a symptom of having too many communities. It is a symptom of moderating gone wrong and (for reddits case) karma farming.

Dungeons and Daddies Sitcom D&D Dragon Friends (They have Beef Babes podcasts on their twitch page with a backlog of videos too)

Most podcasts in this genre are too low production for me to keep paying attention. I’ve gone through at least 50 different ones.

Just one cookbook is my go to. I take tidbits from recipes to mix I not o my recipes for Miso Ramen / Stock and trying new Asian dishes I just learn about.

Bon Apetit for variations on recipes. I use the cooked butter Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe lost from here. I used to grab Brad Leone recipe sheet before me busted out (get his cookbook if you can.)

Budget Bytes for when you want to make meals for an entire week or empty your pantry.

It’s republicans saying it’s bad. Because it changes the perceptions of people. Usually those perceptions reveal to people that conservative values are just the wrong way.

As in it’s actually a good thing to listen to foreign peoples viewpoints immigrants aren’t evil monsters they actually boost economies more than homegrown civilians. Bigotry is actually a bad thing. religion has been the largest cause of death in history and isnt really what’s needed to help people tax breaks for the rich doesn’t help poor people etc

When people have access to higher education, they gain skills to think freely and not just parrot what authoritative figures tell them. That’s why conservative republicans say higher education is bad. It puts them in the wrong and lowers their voter base. This is just a simple explanation but should get the point across.

Consider reinstalling it. Delete all settings and what not. Possibly reset your entire system if need be.

These are not common problems with this collection of games.

This slaps. Is this genre Chiptune? What’s a good way to find similar vibes?

I was an early buyer of the game when it just was on Ubisoft and love every second of it. Recently I’ve had problems with my PCs gpu and am unable to play it on that and ubisoft launcher doesn’t work well on my steam deck. So it’s sadly been awhile since playing it.

I got hooked on Steep and i think that they kept the feel of snowboarding pretty similar to that.

Is your profile a Pac-Man influenced flyers logo?

That doesn’t pass for poutine here. Don’t generalize.
