Judging from the screenshots, it seems to be completely non-sexualized. You could hardly get aroused by looking at the woman's body there.

Can you imagine how specialized you would be if you only had one interest? Like the example non-ADD person just into politics... They must know the name of every representative at every level from city to country where they are living, know the detailed history of the political parties, and have a deep knowledge of political movements and their history.

The first 3 sentences are actually coherent. The last 2 too. But the first 3 don't belong with the last 2. It's like they're 2 different posts.

We Western nations should align with Armenia instead of Azerbaijan. I think it's sad that a democracy had to align with Russia to survive. Democracies should stick together.

Once, as a teenager, I switched channels on the TV, and there was a movie. A caption appeared on screen: "Rhode Island".

"Nice!" I thought. "I always like movies set in cultures that are very foreign to mine."

As the movie went on, I was increasingly confused, as those Greeks, or Turks, seemed very similar to US Americans, and the setting appeared to be the USA. (It was dubbed in French, so I couldn't tell from the language)

I soon figured that it must be a location in the USA named after an Old World location.

Depends what.

Customer-facing work: you can stay open longer.

Office work: yeah, since productivity plummets, I don't think it helps much, if at all.

Dictators are generally terribly ineffective. Read the Dictator's Handbook.

Prompt: Someone walking through groves of flowering trees. The flowers have pedals instead of petals. And pedals are falling from the trees.

Wait what? Where do you live?

Coulnd't we use solar to pump water into reservoirs, and then let the water flow through hydroelectrical dams when we need the electricity?

Yeah our alliance with Turkey is problematic for several reasons. I understand the great geopolitical benefits. Even now it is of great help in Ukraine. I think it's a balancing act. Until they become more democratic, they are merely an ally of convenience, really an enemy at heart.

And get out only for winter? No thanks. I wait for spring and summer half of the year.

You should definitely color Lebanon.

And it's a real word. Neom is obviously not an eco-region lol

The country has been in civil war since the army forcefully took power.

That's really sad.

So an IRC chatroom is social media?

Not denying but it sounds surprising to me. I wonder how it works

At first, I thought he was holding a big pile of cash in the thumbnail.

The word is "immoral". Amoral is outside morality. Like, a rock is amoral. Also, bees are amoral.

They're related (ungulates). Could be inherited from their common ancestor.

Interesting.

Here in Québec, most towns and villages either have a native name, or saint's name.

Oh wow, I had no idea this existed. Awesome!

That's the quorum

My hypothesis is that positions of power attract people who want power. Someone I know knew a protestant pastor. He was the worst kind of human, groomed a girl from his family, had no consideration for anyone. But there's one person he really loved: himself.

Wait other people do that??

I don't understand how throwing millions of dollars at lawyers will help if she's indeed breaking the law. Wouldn't that be something easy to prove for a regular lawyer?

Don't forget the music! Nightwish, Ensiferum, Finntroll, and many more...

I wished to call out arrogant behavior in a fun way, but I may have been needlessly hurtful. I have edited my reply.

Many things. The biggest issue, I'd say, is the unability to create tables in Calc. This severely limits productivity.

And I use both OneNote and Xournal++, and the latter isn't really a replacement to the former, save for a few features.

Thank you. I think anyone who spends a lot of time reading about history comes to these conclusions.

For me it's music and pomodori

Not that I know of. I understand you wouldn't consider it a major conflict, in this regard.

We have a lot of dams, but I haven't heard that we were pumping water into the reservoirs.

We also don't have, like, fields of solar panels, as far as I know. I think it's too cloudy here. But we have wind turbines, especially in coastal areas.

Doesn't that encourage urban sprawl?

Wow, that's wild.
