every website is built on layers and layers of FOSS libraries. The really stupid move is building a commercial product on top of free proprietary software or APIs, as all the 3rd party app developers for reddit learned recently.
No they cut back the IRS so the can't put resources into complicated audits on rich people.
I stopped using Reddit and rif when the protests started. I've started seeing a lot more content on kbin so I'm hoping it keeps growing
Most apps for sites are just websites packaged for phones with a bit of data collection added on.
Loved RIF deleted the app and stopped using Reddit when the protest started. Such a well done UX
I'd rather stay out of the frontend all together but I'd rather chop my balls off than go back to JS.
