Been on the Internet maybe 23 years or so and I've seen some wild shit back in the day that didn't phase me. Got shown some stuff on kaotic recently and it upset me a hell of a lot more than it would have 13 year old me.

Dude, lay off the crack 😂

Here in the UK most takeaways charge a delivery fee but pay the drivers a set hourly / nightly rate whether it's busy or quiet. Expecting people to pay twice for delivery isn't acceptable.

My dad really benefitted from using it, he has lost a quarter of his bodyweight so far and still has a bit to go to get to a healthy weight. Here in the UK diabetics are struggling to get it from the NHS because people are buying it privately for weight loss and taking up all the stock.

I had the second gen nexus 7 that seemed to pick up what was a common issue with the power button (something essentially came unglued or something inside and it'd stop working). I sent it off for repair and they wouldn't fix it because it was 'water damaged' (it wasn't) and they wanted something ridiculous like £75 for basically popping off the back cover and stopping all work.

Robbing bastards Asus will never get another penny out of me.

I don't think you know how numbers work. Why would they be paying coworkers out of a tip that never existed?

Look up guides for radarr and sonarr and associated rr's. They can do the heavy lifting for you.

I'll save you the time, the ship builder is fucking awful.

You've also not been an international laughing stock these last few years which always helps.

It seemed the last incentive they were trying to get people to upgrade was throwing as many cameras as possible on the back. Companies need to try and innovate again and the folding screens is at least one way of them trying something new. Prices have also climbed dramatically so I'm not surprised people are bothering to upgrade.

I find minty toothpaste makes it a lot more difficult to eat afterwards. My grandad used to work in Egypt and he'd bring the orange toothpaste home and it was much easier to wake up, brush then eat using that stuff.

Wesnoth was the shit back in the day.

Having seen the top end of an NHS trust some of it is similar to leadership at a big business in terms of attitudes. They care much more about reputational damage than dealing with problems sometimes.

It's pretty obvious what the intention was behind that original tweet and now she's trying to spin it because it's costing her money.

That's really not the case, my switch got very light use (like a couple of hours a month) and after about 14 months it started drifting.

They are still a thing, just not in the car world.

Sick leave in the UK is still pretty shit unless your company covers it or you get a generous amount of paid sick days. SSP is a pittance and needs rethinking and employers attitudes towards illness needs sorting out (pay rises being related to illness being one thing).
