Look up classic ADHD coping mechanisms. Others have mentioned some in this thread like studying with someone (body doubling) or enforcing a schedule. One big reason procrastination works is that the stress/adrenaline acts like a stimulant that is one of the normal medications for ADHD that helps you focus.

One other suggestion is to study when well rested (first or second thing in the morning). ADHD symptoms can be exacerbated by being tired.

Sorry, I know this is controversial and I'll probably get down voted to hell, but I love my model Y Tesla and I think the full self driving is amazing (I didn't pay for it, there's a free trial this month). Musk is an idiot and an asshole but there's a lot more people working at Tesla that made some amazing vehicles.

Sorry, I'm not aware, what car comes standard with that?

Yes, and honestly that's how I coped for a long time. It leads to stress and burnout and major crashing. Not a good long term solution.

Are you taking anything for your ADHD? In some cases, your own adrenaline is acting like a stimulant medication and helping you focus. This could be a sign that you need to increase your dose or that you need some to begin with.

For me (unmedicated) I actually have a workout routine of 30 min of vigorous activity every other day which gives me enough of a natural stimulant boost to stay focused, but your milage may vary.

This is the key. I've actually been saved a few times now by FSD catching something I didn't see, like some deer. I'm collecting videos of the things it does that impress me to share when my trial is over.

Clearly it will be various forms of verdant vegetables...greens if you will.

Sooo I don't get your point. They do the same thing as Tesla does standard too?

Those are brands, not specific cars, and to my knowledge BMW is the only car that offers a level 3 option. Tesla has level 2 as standard (known as autopilot).
