A lot of the mods won't want to give up the power. That's why the original "protest" was only 2 days, it was never meant to be serious. A lot of users have left to come here, but there are way more who will never leave reddit, no matter how bad it gets.

Yeah, probably. I subscribed to https://kbin.social/m/GirlGames on vlemmy.net a while ago and it still doesn't have all of the older posts. The newer posts are syncing properly though. I assume it works the same in the opposite direction.

The pending thing just means that it hasn't been able to update the subscriber count on fedia yet. On your instance, you're properly subscribed. New posts should show up as they get posted but old posts might take a while.

My opinion is that they are drug addicts. My opinion is also that being a drug addict is not something that should grant someone special privileges. How is that "emotionally manipulative"? I am not manipulating anyone.

A few of the older posts from there eventually appeared though.
