Release date is getting announced next week! Hyyype!

If you love "the good place", then I can only recommend "parks and recreation". That is my all-time favorite show

Also recently I have started watching "Chuck". It's a action/comedy/spy series, there is ofcource action, guns and bombs. But Iam laughing so much each episode, I find myself rewatching some scenes.

Was a bit skeptical at first, but looks like they have thought this through and tested it plenty. Can't wait to try it out.

But I'm glad it's not in the vanilla experience

Yeah why don't they just build a roof over them?

I got so many emails from them telling me to transition the account or I would lose it. So they did give lots of notice.

Even tho it sucks losing access, it's still a great game worth every penny

I have just spend the last couple of months researching myself because I'm in the process of upgrading my rig as well.

I haven't seen you mention your budget anywhere, but as I read your comments, I understand this is a bit above what you want.

CPU: I would get the 7 7800X3D instead. It odtens performances better for gaming.

Fan: I don't really like water cooling, but that's personal opinion. I would get a noctua NH-D15

Motherboard: the "X" before the numbers, is overkill for gaming, it has lots of "ekstra" expensive features that's just not that usefull. Definitely find one that start with a "B". Iam getting the "Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX ATX AM5 Motherboard"

GPU: I don't play 4k myself, so cannot really give you any pointers. I got a 7800 XT, because it's super good for it's value. The biggest difference is, Nvidia cards is best for Ray tracing in games, so if you need that, get a Nvidia. If you don't care for Ray training, get AMD. Also look up reviews of the GPU fx Gamers Nexus/hardware unboxed is good. And see how the cards perform in the games you want to play.

RAM: 16 gb is often good enough, but I would go with 32 gb for now. 64 gb is overkill, and can always be upgraded later. The ones you have picked I think is fine, just get the 32 variant.

Storage: the SSD is good, and 2tb is good. Maybe getting a HDD, if you wants to storage other files that don't need to be on the SSD.

PSU: I got the exactly same for my build. A rule of thumb for calculating the PSU needed, put every component you need in PCPartPicker, and take the total wattage * 1.5. But the new GPU use so much power should should add 100 ekstra wattage as a "high-end tax" so fx 550 wattage * 1.5 + 100 = 925 PSU.

But the most important thing is, research all the comments you want to try, and watch YouTube videos of people that actually tried and tested it. One youtube channel I like is "PC Builder" he explains what components are pretty well, and give actually examples of good parts to buy.

poor choice of climbing route

They had everything they needed to sleep there. One would think they planned to sleep there...

Oh this is os useful! Iam glad they decided to add it themselves. So (new)players don't have to rely on mods to look up stuff

Yeah this isn't a "hype new planet" update.

But it's nice to see all these QoL features still being added!

Was taking 2 gap years in education. Where I worked a year, and took firefighters education for 9 month, where I met my now wife, after that traveled for 2 month, before I continued my education with computer science.

For people that didn't transfer right away, like me, I got so many emails telling me to transfer the account. So people that didn't transfer right away, stil got plenty of notice

That foundry is next level fast. I seriously can't wait to build crazy stuff with this.

There is already books written entirely by AI too, AI is litterly getting everywhere

Honestly wow, this is one of the changes I didn't know I wanted. I might even try using cliffs again, litterly one of the first things I always disable because they are just a nuisance

New turret looks super nice.

I bet they'll show us some new enemies soon aswell. I still remember the floaty brainy thingi they teased us like 2 years ago

Iam pretty sure I have already seen a mod do that. It upped the limit to 8 https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/327

And it's even coming to the base game, definitely one of the best new features!

You could get payed to just sleep or play games, seems like a dream job for some people.

But remote controlled driving also seems like a pretty good idea, if it works reliably

They getting "defensive", I would honestly just tribute to them not speaking English as their first/native language. But I get your point.

I think kovarex's point is, it's impossible to make a update that is gamechanging, and then everybody loves it.

But a point they seem to make quite often, is there is more they haven't shown yet. Also as they said in the first quality post, it's their most tested feature. So I think you'll have to wait and see, and maybe when you try it out, you'll like it.

What an amazing update, trains is one of my favorite parts of the game! I can easily spend hours tinkering with trains. Factorio 2.0 can't come fast enough

"Make a big farting noice" is very popular with my kids

To prevent locking your progress if Nauvis gets cut off or completely overrun, we need to include a way to craft pretty much all of the rocket parts on any planet.

They did write this, so I would imagine you can lose your hole base on Navius, and build up again from nothing

Yeah, I thought the same thing. Especially if you can't walk on them. How are you gonna place them? By using landfill? Then they might as well be put on the landfill

I read some comments from kovarex, he said they had something planned for remote controlling of trains. Maybe that has something to do with it

Yeah, but I don't trust other parents to actually teach their sons that. So I will still have to teach my daughters to defend themselves against those kind of people.

I have seen this argument, that people are gonna use long pipe lines instead of trains. And I think that might be true to some degree in the start of the game. But, you're already going to expand your rail network anyway, because you need it for ores. And when you already have it, you might aswell put all liquid stuff on the train aswell. So I don't think it's going to be a "problem".

And your last point, in a biter world I don't think long pipelines are going to become a thing at all. Because losing a pipe is just annoying if it's out of your roboport reach. Maybe peaceful it'll be usefull, who knows.

But iam sure somebody is going to make a mod that reverts it to the old system, long live mods haha

Wasn't that fixed in FFF-374 ?

Or are you talking about something else?

Im waiting for space age to come out. So meanwhile I'm playing baldurs gate

Yeah this really is a super cool QoL for train stops. But I can't wait to see what smarter people can come up with!

I also don't have to have a dedicated space in my inventory anymore for water pumps. Now I can just pipette to get it haha

Factorio is way different from terraria and don't starve. They're not even the same genere. Also if you think it's expensive, (not flaming, genuinely asking) is your computer good enough to run cyberpunk at a reasonable graphic settings and fps? Because that games requires alot

Well, now every inserter is a filter inserter

They just continue with the train updates, I love it. Can't wait to use the 2.0 trains

There is! But still at least a year of development left

Go to printables.com or thingiverse.com (I personally prefer printables) search for whatever your hobby is. And print something for that.

Oh didn't know that. Thank you

I really like some reveal of the gameplay, and new machines.

If we're getting a new drill and metallurgy on this planet, I wonder what new and improved machines we're getting on the others!

I mostly play multiplayer with my friend, and the delayed driving was the worst! So glad they found a way to make it better

Yeah, I really hope for a planet with heavy vegetation like Pandora from avatar kind of world. Then we might be able to get something that makes wood and maybe better tiers of wood?

It's gonna be so nice, I have multiple outposts, all with the same items. And I tweak something often, so it's going to be nice to doing it one place ! 2.0 can't come fast enough

Maybe it should be split for every age group, I guess that would make it fair
