Really bored of re ddit

mosquito Badminton is so funny.

You only need one account to navigate across the entire Lemmy instances, despite the server you choose. You can suscribe to communities searching in the glass button with pattern communityname@serverofthatcommunity.example

I like simutrans a lot (maybe the most elaborated TTD-like transport game), and I am trying to learn freeciv, but it is a bit "technical". I also like minetest, I have constructed a lot of big houses, the only FOSS game where you can cook a lot of recipes.

They have been a lot of time here, they were here maybe one or two years before the reddit migration. In that scenery, apart from your own arguments against socialism, we can not oppose to that presence in the fediverse, they have been warm to welcome new people, and they are active part of community. We had to deal everyday with far-right in reddit, give yourself the opportunity to know something different.

I believe minetest is made in Lua, and it does not need restart to apply mods. Minetest is FOSS, does not has all the UI and graphic enhancements of Minecraft, but it runs in very old machines, is lightweight (maybe 100 mb or less), it has a lot of people playing everyday (more than 200, big servers usually receive less than 64 players), has a lot of modding community...

Nazi servers, including but not limited to freeinternetspeechextremist and some holes like those.

I use movim, good client, web based and supports encryption, and about google topic, I expect from them only profit driven initiatives, not technical development for communities.

Better than photoshop 1000x times

I am playing fallen earth lately and reading some of the Hegel books, so good material.

Self-hosted Gitlab.

Pixelfed?

would be malo*

Maybe Shenmue and maybe Unreal Tournament 2004 :D

No

Upside in your lemmy instance there is a glass to search communities, you follow a pattern (I edited message to correct 'patron') serverthatyouwanttofollow@server.example

Thank you, this freshness about your message is not possible in the re d dit censored experience.

And the voices when you kill too much people... ultra kill, mega kill haha

You can choose more freely your subscriptions and info, not based in a unique-centralized and biased source, but from a community of servers which resist to the monopoly of the internet.

I have the same problem, the last version keep login you out.

In your profile settings, close to language option, there is a list where you can select to hide read posts.

There is a crisis of democracy in contemporary societies, every time that you invoke the direct power of the people, the status quo conservationists ban your participation and exclude you of most of the expression spaces.

The connections have a delay and it takes a little to servers to accept the new servers connections. 404 Error eventually happen, maybe you need to connect more (comments and subscriptions) with other communities in the server that you want or in another servers to make discoverable your account (I don't know how exactly this software works, but fediverse is similar).

  • Ublock origin
  • Zhongwen learning tool
  • Zoom page we
  • Mailvelope
  • Youtube audio
  • Firefox multi-account containers
  • Imtranslator

I don't know that software good, maybe the main differences are that wormhole is not opensource (I don't know) and that blaze does not have file size limit, as soon as you maintain your machine on.

Any case, maybe 10 or 15 minutes ago I saw your songs and liked it without problem. Maybe now everything is working fine. Thanks to be involved in our salsa community :)

:( it is not supossed to happen, the language is set "undetermined". Maybe in next version of lemmy this could improve.

We hope so.

That software sounds also good :)

That could be, also you can use webttorrent, qbittorrent (Lan connections are fast), syncthing (a bit more complicated)... I don't know how, but these programs sometimes find the way to connect to other peers even with restricted ports...

Nope, I only liked the software because I like everything related with bittorrent network and DHT hehe... I think that instance does not know a lot of the users, but when you use that software you are using webRTC connections in your browser, so maybe your IP could be transparent when sharing anything. This alert is emitted in software like Peertube, which also uses webRTC to distribute the videos. You can fix that either with a torified connection or with a VPN...

They are filtering all the links that conduce to lemmy instances, and anti-spam bots are limiting the lemmy links and (auto) banning comments related.

I like the TinyTinyRSS logo :P

id@server For community of ska: https://lemmy.blahaj.zone/c/ska it would be ska@lemmy.blahaj.zone the id to use in the search field.

It gives me "404: couldnt_find_community" :( maybe because is not established a connection between our servers.

It could be the new public internet, where you don't have paywalls to participate or you don't have a censorship team behind your thoughts.

Do somebody wanna think in Aaron Schwartz's open knowledge legacy and the ruin of this idea because of some greedy profit-addicts of the internet heritage?
