Various Ramblings About Polestar, Tesla, EVs, Sim Racing, and Other Tech-Related Things

Damn, used that app for so many years. By far my favorite.

That's absolutely fantastic lmao

Holy shit that's sleek. Gonna give that a go for a while.

awesome progress, updated. working well!

If they have issues with your hobbies they're not worth it. Who cares what you're into, if it doesn't negatively affect things, who the hell cares. My wife and I regularly game right next to each other and we're well past the "normal" age for gamers.

It takes two is probably one of the best split screen local co-op imo.

yeah it seemingly worked on the last version. updated to .35 today, and am experiencing said bug. cheers

oh nice, I was unaware of pixelfed. Ill have to check this out. cheers!

absolutely this. I have been messing around with this for about a week now.

super fun and easy to set up. I used this since I wanted a docker env.

edit: its because of size....

Kbin support is exciting. Should be interesting.

I don't drink or have much experience on this subject but I just wanted to say hell yeah and awesome job. If that's the route you want to go, be proud of taking that first step. Hopefully you find a new community outside of reddit that offers similar resources. Cheers!

yep!

I used to run an old Dell R610. Used a decent amount of power.

Switched to an old 4th gen quadcore i7 laptop.

Been running great, uses less power, has a built in display and keyboard.

Linux base, Docker Env for most everything else.

Oh interesting, I'm curious on the answer to this as well.

I'm enjoying learning about the alternatives though.

Man my only issue with pixelfed is followed tags aren't showing up on my feed. There a issue already submitted, so hopefully it's resolved soon!

  • Strong locks on doors and windows.
  • Reinforce doors and windows with bars or metal.
  • Create hidden entrances or passages.
  • Use guard dogs to deter intruders.
  • Keep heavy furniture near entrances as barricades.
  • Set up alarms or noise-making devices.
  • Assign a guard or sentry to watch over the room.
  • Use traps like tripwires or pitfalls.
  • Conceal valuable items or use secret compartments.
  • Explore spells or enchantments for added security.

Not my type of humor. But cheers, to those who like it.

well, time for me to unsubscribe from this community....

looks good, been using jerboa for the past week. will check this one out too. cheers!

Lol yep, my wife uses reddit and when I started explaining it she just stopped listening. I'm like and case and point.

Though it took a bit of reading to figure it out for myself, I had the desire to do so. Whereas those who don't really care will continue to browse reddit or whatever imo.

Hopefully it becomes easier to get setup and more elegant solutions are found.

Isn't that just a link to kbin?

On my home feed on Pixelfed.social. I would expect posts with followed tags to show up under my home feed unless that is not intended.
