@otter Now it makes sense!

Today I got notice on Facebook that several of my posts from last year were removed for violating community standards on cybersecurity—they were all links to articles from The Reflector.

Jerks.

Yeah, dealers around here have a huge markup over MSRP, “because there’s so much demand.”

Okay, I can wait.

No shit.

Really glad to see SCH go to bat here.

We all have things we can do.

@Telorand Don't lump us, Gen Xers, with our parents, please.

Or--whatever.

Uhm. Don’t do that.

No. Seperate dispensers completely.

And clearly marked as Charged Lemonade with the calorie and caffeine content for both the 20oz and 30oz cups on the dispenser since they were introduced.

I'm a HUGE 1Password fan--and have been for years. It is always the very first app I install on any device. Paid for every upgrade since v4 when I discovered it.

I was sceptical of the switch to Electron, but it's just the front end. The backend is written in Rust and performance has been great. It's not native, but that's a current trend right now...

I was even sold on the subscription model, and now manage a family account for my wife and kids.

@mikkL I've used Getting to Inbox Zero via @jilleduffy task template for Todoist for many years. I can't find a link to the template anymore, but Todoist has an article that covers the basics.

One of the key parts for me is spending time each morning reviewing incoming email and either addressing it immediately, or adding it to Todoist to address later.

Zotero for managing your references. Since you’ll be sharing with others using Word—make sure to use the right settings.

Which they moved behind the counter d/t people complaining about the caffeine content.

I'm exactly the opposite. I use use virtual desktops when I have my MBP docked to multiple screens--and when I am just using the laptop, I don't. I have gestures enabled on my Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad--so the gestures are there whether I'm using the laptop or docked--but I just don't use them when I have the single monitor...

@mikkL

I mentioned in your earlier question about how I use Todoist and work through the inbox. In Mac Mail, I also use MailTags and MailActOn (e.g., t forwards the email to my Todoist inbox) to create rules to tag and file messages, or add ticklers quickly using keyboard shortcuts. I'm not sure how I will do this once macOS breaks Mail add ons...

@SayJess

I love my eSIM. And, I have a drawer full of "used" SIM cards from previous phones that are just more plastic waste. Good riddance!

@MargotRobbie

Recently pulled an old iMac out of storage and logged in. iMessages started trying to log into all my Jabber accounts…

I’m also not on Lenny—I’m reading this on Kbin—and just to make sure, I also looked this thread up on Mastodon as well.

Pixelfed found OP—but they don’t have any photo posts yet.

So…

This.

No.

I stopped using wired headsets loooong before they started taking them off...my HP iPaq had Bluetooth and my iPod didn't--that's when I bought my first Bluetooth headset.

And has had the caffeine content for both 20oz and 30oz listed on the sign hanging from the dispenser since they launched Charged Lemonade…
