That is the thing: Mitigating climate change does not have a boolean result (we mitigated it or not), it is a scale, without a relevant upper limit. So, if you think "fuck this, we can't stay even within 3 degrees warming, so it doesn't matter what we do from here" you are wrong. Even if that is the case, at least try to mitigate 4 degrees and so on. Basically there is a difference between "we are fucked", "we are super-fucked", "we are mega-fucked" and so on! Getting complacent is not an option here!

I use AI often as a glorified search engine these days. It's actually kinda convenient to give me ideas to look into further, when encountering a problem to solve. But would I just take some AI output without reviewing it? Hell no😄

When I last tried to let some AI write actual code, it didn't even compile 🙂 And another time when it actually compiled it was trash anyway and I had to spend as much time fixing it, as I would have spent writing it myself in the first place.
So far I can only use AI as a glorified search engine 😅
I saw some social media post from proton recently, where they showed a lost of countries without ads (obviously with the hint "we have servers there 😉"). Not sure Morocco was among them, but there definitely seem to be countries like that.

Before any US election I seem to read everywhere "go vote, this is the most important election of your lifetime" or something. And while I agree that you should vote whenever you have the option, it gets old to have "the most important election" every 4 years. Maybe that's a result of the bad electoral system, maybe it's sensationalism, idk.
In any case, I wish the US good luck with this election and hope you can get Trump out once and for all, and tbh I feel like with Kamala Harris you actually have a shot, while with Biden I was convinced it was over already.
