They should not censor the company name.

While the defence for science is nice (wasn't attacked here), outrage is allowed on public discourse. I think most people are outraged for the lack of inaction of regulatory bodies at the sight of extreme price fixing when everyone and their mother had at least the gut feeling that it is all bullshit.

Ah, yes, the scary defense-only alliance. Purely by design it doesn't have the lawful capacity to do any of the things you said, and single members (US or UK) don't represent it.

Ah yes, no advancements in Ukraine where 1/3 of the country is under occupier control and in entrenched positions.

Get out of here with this whataboutism.

As far as companies go, Apple is the one being slowly brought back under the law of a free market, after doing gray / illegal stuff for decades.

Ahaha, yes, exactly, because it is essentially just a turbo charged text predictor with 40GB (or more) of data.

I like you

Because it is unrelated to their studies/work at the university and they shouldnt be attacked for it by their institution/employer for their political views.

Just keep breathing in that copium, while Microsoft already specifically starts banning programs that are a curated-ish list of privacy-sensitive things to disable on windows at one click.

Ah yes let's put a firm declaration of our views upon life, genocide and political views later... at a more convenient time... we'll totally get around to it... just have to wait for the right time... which isn't now... not tomorrow... but you know, it will crop up. Definitely not the fucking time which is traditionally known as the time given to voice one's views out of respect for hard work and achievement.

I feel hospitals (warcrime) were visible from satellites and independent sources covered it.

I thought they already offered 3d print models, you can just print out and presto?

You're not following his logic. He puts priority on the bigger genocide. And posits that there are too many Zionists in USA, so it's much more hopeless to stop Israel support fast, might as well continue with the big fish.

Did nobody read the manual?

IEEE 754 double precision: The 53-bit significand precision gives from 15 to 17 significant decimal digits precision.

You are not wrong that a lot of shady things can happen with military power. It is a fine general statement.

But with regards to NATO, I think you are misinformed (or mixed up?). If all those were invasions (and NATO is so strong), I don't see how any of these countries could be independent countries now.

I think it's more so that the corporate culture lately is extremely short-sighted and makes lay-offs in incredibly dumb ways (i.e. you can see their future half-year problems). Which many times will need to be re-hired by paying lots of money to idiotic recruiters to hire new people (because the older folks have switched ship and are not coming back) and train them. Lots of instability caused by extremely poor management (who get payed a lot even though they make stupid decisions).

It's not a one-off, and it keeps happening.

While I definitely don't know everything about Epic Games, but my (quick) googling suggests that they do almost no DRM (or just piggy-back on steam, which is minimal DRM). The individual developers are responsible for DRM. Is this not true?

In general, iI feel it is quite a moot point regarding iOS , where Epic wouldnt need to do any DRM, because iOS is locked down to hell...

No. Israel has 13bil in millitary means just from this year from USA, while Gaza is starving. Fuck off.

Just open other books as well. Plenty of books talk about lands controlled by long forgotten kingdoms. And many of these are actually history books, instead of religious gospel from influential figures.

Freedom requires effort, and always did.

Maybe more lately, but such is life

EV battery recycling is too valuable not to happen.

And yet, after many decades of solar, wind construction. It is the energy source in that pie chart that is sizeable (just as much as all wind and solar) and extremely stable (probably for the last 50 years), without any major construction in the past 30 years minimum.

You really double-plopped there.

If they can get away with it, by maybe burrying it in page 137 of the EULA, then yes.

I vaguely remember win 8 coming with lots of invasive features, that were able to be disabled by a application which had such lists of registry edits needed.

Also: Microsoft backports privacy-invasive features to windows 7 and 8 Many of these have effectively hidden Customer Experience Improvement config values in "help" menu of the program.

I guess you're right.

Since media (that you define by the trophes of unsubtantiated news outlets) couldnt sensibly refer to a forum like reddit or even facebook, this makes no sense.

Thanks for official figures. However his comment is valid still.

I wonder if it's his accent that people perceive as snobby? And if the people who do perceive it so are American.

Yes, there is a trade war.

Don't be naive about NSA and US propaganda/surveillance.

Proton works wonderfully these days.

Just because it is a competitor, it doesnt mean it does DRM. Foremost, it is a service to deliver games to you at a price (and give you a legal proof of ownership).

The government runs out of money... so it drops the gold standard to "to invigorate the economy"... by taking away value from those that hold cash... which is always the lower class. Higher classes hold assets that dont inflate away.

You think people or even anti-vaxxers will quietly die in the streets?

Indeed... top comment is a bit more... emotional. I just try to perceive where the general emotion is coming from (because it is definitely shared by many)

Stopping Russia is about just sending ammunition and supplies to Ukraine, they will fight for themselves, but they might run out of bullets at this rate (literally the current state of affairs).

USA openly and cozily supports Israel with deep rooted Zionism, you cant change this quick it would appear, and is what my two comments and the other guy is saying.

Gaza strip is 0.5mil, Ukraine is 38mil. Russia doing another Holodomor is entirely real and possible.

Maybe you wanted this word: sleezy
