I don't. I just have that alarm so that I have the satisfaction of dismissing it and going back to sleep.
It only shows the "Upcoming Alarm" if the alarm is within 2 hours (or some hours idk specifically). This was a legit bug.

It is technically possible for Mozilla or OpenCellId to abuse this data but they're one of the only companies I kinda trust while being a privacy nerd. Also I assume they only store IP's privately and not in the public database.
An answer nonetheless. A very one, indeed.
For me its Ctrl+Alt+Esc that does it, Ctrl+Meta+Esc just highlights where my mouse cursor is.

Not the same person, but I use something called QuickTiles which allows you to add many quick tile shortcuts on your quick settings menu. One of them is to force rotation which allows you to cycle between all orientations. Fdroid link
