Problem. I have gone to Twitter and am clicking the X but it won't close.

perhaps they are BigMacs

perhaps if you don't tread lightly, they will throw an Apple II at you

I believe they're referring to Target. Wikipedia, dost thou lie to me?

Also that specifies the Aussie Target and US Target are different companies :p

This mystery can be resolved by googling 'ld50 caffeine.' ~750mg is toxic and 10,000mg can kill people

The median lethal dose (LD50) of caffeine is estimated between 150 to 200 mg per kilogram but reports of lethal intoxications have been made with doses as low as 57 mg per kilogram. Personally, 300mg is pretty much as far as I want to go.

I'm a weirdo who learned how to 'click' their ears (opening eustachian tubes on demand) on their own possibly before Google existed, and have done a little research between now and then :p

Galaxy S10 with 128GB internal & 256GB microSD. Play anything from the entire music collection with the aux port in the car. Frequently listen to podcasts with bone conduction headphones. Couldn't be happier with a pocket computer.

Er, yes? Were you summoning me?

eh. Money is worth a third of what it was worth.

I don't know if it's intended behavior, but the 'context' button when viewing responses to your posts does not change to your home instance. I was trying to understand how to work around that yesterday. It appears the title link works, but now I'm not certain whether it's because of the script.

America's Test Kitchen used to substitute their article text with a bunch of Lorem Ipsum, but I can't tell whether they are still doing it without a laptop in front of me.

You have to rip through a membrane unless you've had tubes implanted for the ears I think?

I didn't (still don't) fully understand the positives and negatives of picking any which server, so I chose what I thought I'd remember the best.

Failing to arrive at a strategy at all would have deterred me from making an account.

What did you do to the previous owner? oi

#nihilism?

nah. Topologically, the hotdog is more of a taco.

dis is how a sauna works.

I cant help but to have noticed a lot of places on Lemmy where autocorrect has clearly gone wrong. We need a phone keyboard that produces options and a squiggly when it wants to correct something, maybe. I turned off my autocorrect for that reason, which raises its own set of problems lol.

no offense intended, of course <3

s/constitutes/constituents, likely.

I think Tasker uses the option to 'draw on top of other apps' in order to maintain control of things. I think Poweramp uses some fancy notification settings (persistent, invisible?) to do the same. Poweramp is very good at retaining the ability to resume audio playback on device connect, independent of whether it was the last audio application playing audio. Tasker, I haven't used properly yet, but was interested in automating button functionality with it.

Another note: it might be neat to have a 'sync all account settings' option : )

compared to his hands?

they get to keep the club and saudis fund orange man's get out of jail card

something about the way it [chrome] handles memory isolation means i get fewer blue screens at work with all my bloated browser tools loaded at the same time. I have to have ~15 tabs open. It is not my laptop, so I cant go around experimenting with plugins much.

then again who gives a flying fart if chrome tracks me while i use the same internal browser tools day in and day out?
