Who let the middle manager into the thread?

We gotta end small-dick hate, homedog.

Am I just a pessimist, or is it starting to appear as if escalation of conflict in the Middle East is inevitable?

The IDF killed so many of their own people on Oct 7 that they refuse to investigate further.

I'd argue that once you are feeling effects of the drug, you are no longer micro dosing.

Micro dosing started out as a way to describe the maximum amount of substance you could take without feeling primary effects.

One time in fifth grade, we were on a field trip to the state capitol. They loaded the whole class in a bus, and naturally all of us decided to bring our DSs for the few hours on the road.

My best friend Drew wrote "crap" in pictochat and he was losing his shit over how hilarious that was. Then he got his DS taken away when some kid ratted on him.

Godspeed, Drew.

Disrespectful and wasteful as hell.

Man.... I wish the world wasn't burning.

Mostly agree except for the small penis bashing. We need to end small-dick hatred.

What you're doing here is subtly shifting the burden of phone addiction from software companies and phone manufacturers back onto end users.

You're glossing right over the fact that these teams have the very best software engineers, mechanical engineers, marketers, ad people, psychologists, and doctors for the purpose of making these endlessly scrolling apps as addictive and hard to avoid as possible.

I read your comment and think about the people who say "why are you depressed? Just go lift some weights. It all comes down to you"

The endgame of your utility calculation is genocidal. 30 years from now, I suspect you'll still be blasting this "vote blue no matter who" nonsense when the choice is between a dem supporting 5 genocides and a repub supporting 10 genocides. You've been anchor biased hard as fuck.

the members of blue collar unions are still primarily conservative

This is false https://pro.morningconsult.com/analysis/labor-union-members-more-democratic-less-liberal

Good luck trying to explain to working-class people that the struggle they're feeling is only because they don't understand economics well enough.

Thank you for defining anchor bias in such a succinct comment.

So the US has never had any issue with guerilla warfare when the adversaries had mostly small arms? Cool it with the American exceptionalism.

God bless the soul at Epson who got it a little too hard from their manager one day, and went home with this tool on a flash drive.

You say "make it fit reality", but why do I feel like what you really mean is "make sure it does not at all challenge US hegemony".

If your ecocidal political project whose institutions were devised a blink ago by 30 year old slavers starts going genocidal, your project has lost the right to exist. To put it plainly, I think we all have a duty to start thinking about what dismantling the genocidal US empire would look like: reading marx, getting armed, building networks, embracing anti-capitalism, and preparing for this country's undeniably inevitable backslide into fascism.

Heavy equipment also use the technology. Someone using this tool at a construction site could cause massive issue to 70k pound loaders using radar to detect personnel.

That's not from the bill; that's from a press release.

What are you saying? That leftists aren't adequately critiquing the things Trump says?

Pretty bold of you to bring up Roe V Wade as an example of why we need more democrats. Roe V Wade was one of the best examples of democrats effortlessly orienting liberals with the democratic party by sitting on their hands for years as the threat of having abortion rights taken away become more and more clear. The democrats could have codified it, but they didn't because they knew that abortion rights were one of their main avenues to muster up enthusiasm and support for their party. By letting Roe V Wade get eviscerated, the democrats secured support from oblivious liberals for years to come.

"Vote for us, or you'll lose abortion rights! (as the democrats do jack shit to protect the right)". The democrats would rather lose than shift left, and that revelation becomes terrifying when the issue comes down to genocide.

The same is true for Trump. The man that liberals get into such a tizzy about was literally propped up by the democrats in order to orient liberals and centrists with the democratic party. By propping up Trump, democrats have coerced liberals into writing a blank check and offering blind support to whoever isn't the republican. And now we've seen the logical conclusion of this strategy: liberals supporting genocide since at least genocide isn't as bad as orange man.

To be fair, doesn't your argument presuppose that all psychs are religiously following every recommended guideline to the letter? That seems like a stretch.

"Shockwave player is required to view this content"

I disagree. Conservatives are not the cause of climate change; capitalism is.

Both liberals and conservatives are bought and paid for by special interests.

Hoping for our liberal demagogues to solve these issues by sticking to "civil", "non-violent", or "state-approved" methods will do nothing but refine the capitalist system as it currently operates.

The only way forward is to call out climate change for what it is: violence imposed upon working-class people. The time for civility has passed - it only plays into the hands of the ruling class as they spend decade after decade filling the atmosphere with pollution. The liberals and democrats aren't going to save us. Only we can.

Aren't you going home each night to sit with your thumb up your butt? Plenty of people are saying it, believe me.

When you figure out a means of political activity that doesn't involve refining the capitalist regime as it stands, let me know. Until then, I won't be voting for candidates who help slaughter innocent people around the world.

Insinuating that an individual's turn to trumpism/fascism is due to lead or stupidity completely disregards the decades of regulatory capture, dismantling of social safety nets, financial strain, alienation, and liberal capitalism that ultimately promotes fascism.

If you don't abandon this mode of thinking quickly, you're going to find yourself more and more confused as more people start turning fascist. The only explanation via your current framework is "well, I guess these millions of people must just be.... dumb". This is the danger of liberal thinking - it doesn't address the cause of fascism or how to kill it. If your framework were correct, we'd see volumes of work that show how lower IQ directly correlates with fascistic tendencies: obviously we know that idea is not only ableist but also incorrect.

The marxist critique actually takes into account the economic systems and structures that lead to fascism.

“Yemeni air defenses were able to shoot down an American plane (MQ-9) with a suitable missile while it was carrying out hostile missions against our country on behalf of the Zionist entity,” a Houthi military spokesperson, Yahya Sarea, said in a statement.

“Yemeni armed forces will not hesitate to take more military measures and carry out more qualitative operations against all hostile targets in defense of beloved Yemen,” the statement said.

I'm struggling to see which part of this statement is braggadocious.

So what you're saying is that under our system, fascists are entitled to run for president?

Trump broke every rule on the book - why can't Joe? The democrat's weird-ass obsession with precedent, civility, and the sanctity of American politics (that were devised by 30 year old white slave owners) has made them entirely toothless and ill equipped to deal with fascism. I'll never understand the liberal position that fascists must, at all costs, be allowed to run in elections. Stomp that shit out.

Thats a good one OP. Are you now the guy bestowing golden deagles to folks in MW2 lobbies? I always thought those people were the coolest. What are you doing with it?

As the next few decades roll by, and the US continues to backslide into fascism, it'll be interesting to see your line of thinking evolve into

"Well, look... John 'blue-tie' Smith isn't the strongest candidate. Sure, he's waging 4 genocides across multiple theaters, but compare him to Chris 'red-tie' Lee who wants to start 7 more genocides, and the answer of who's the better candidate is very clear. Thank God for my liberal pragmatism. Vote blue no matter who!"

The country is ratcheting further and further into fascism, and liberal 'pragmatism' is keeping people from asking real questions about how overarching political systems can be conducive to genocide. It obfuscates the real reasons behind the emergence of fascism.

But sure, keep falling for the good cop bad cop routine - I'm sure after just 4 or 5 or 20 more democratic presidents, you'll finally have the enlightened society you've been aiming for.

Why do you think surveillance units cannot be hostile? By that logic, you'd be fine with the Houthis flying surveillance drones over US soil.

At the bare minimum, it's a 5000 pound drone that could do damage if it falls out of the sky. Sure, the chances are minimal, but why should Houthis be expected to bear that risk?

Tool Assisted Speedrun

Using a script to automatically press all the buttons on the exact right frames so that you can automate a speedrun.

You will never see that because liberal democrats like Joe Biden hold civility and precedent with more primacy than halting a fascist uprising. This is why leftists claim that liberals always fall in line with fascism.

Oh, this guy's political prospects are completely GONE now B)

It's becoming clear that this aid-by-port charade is really just a means of delaying, and subsequently withholding, food and aid.
