....Fuck. Just... Fuck. From a single photo. Sure, there was a couple hitches with the mouth movements, but damn. Another year, two at the most, and anyone will be able to fabricate a realistic video of anyone doing anything on their own computer at home. You can pretty much do this now, but need beefier hardware and the user interfaces are daunting. But it won't be like that for long.

That with a fp16 model? Don't be scared to try even a 4 bit quantization, you'd be surprised at how little is lost and how much quicker it is.
