Star Trek Socialist Space Utopia
That's something totally I'm up for too
Probably Adguard or Pihole? (Some network level blocking?)
Well... that escalated pretty quickly
You can also try out ReVanced if you wish to access YouTube with your account
I agree
I guess such things are going to get broken as well if YouTube walks down that path.
Photon is really amazing. I hope it gets the support and attention it deserves
The Prompt:
How OpenAI can generate more revenue?
The Response:
OpenAI, the organization behind the development of AI models like GPT-3, has a few strategies to generate revenue:
Licensing and Subscription Models: OpenAI can license its AI models and technologies to businesses, developers, and organizations for various applications. This could involve offering different pricing tiers based on usage, features, and support.
API Access: OpenAI can offer access to its AI models through APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Developers and companies can integrate these APIs into their products, applications, or services, paying for the amount of usage.
Customized Solutions: OpenAI can collaborate with specific industries or companies to develop customized AI solutions tailored to their needs. These solutions can range from customer support bots to content creation tools.
Premium Features: OpenAI could offer advanced features, improved performance, or specialized functionality as part of premium packages, enticing users to upgrade their subscriptions.
Partnerships and Collaborations: OpenAI can collaborate with other tech companies, research institutions, or industries to jointly develop and commercialize AI applications.
Consulting and Services: OpenAI could provide consulting services, training, and expertise in AI technology to help organizations integrate AI into their operations effectively.
Training and Workshops: OpenAI can offer training programs, workshops, and educational resources to help individuals and businesses better understand and utilize AI.
Data Services: OpenAI can offer datasets, annotations, and data-related services to researchers, businesses, and developers working on machine learning projects.
Vertical-Specific Solutions: Developing AI solutions tailored for specific industries, such as healthcare, finance, or marketing, and offering them as industry-specific packages.
Community Contributions: OpenAI can build a community around its AI models and offer a platform for users to share and monetize their own creations, benefiting from the broader ecosystem.
It's important to note that OpenAI's approach to generating revenue will likely be influenced by factors such as market demand, ethical considerations, user feedback, and the evolving landscape of AI technologies and regulations. OpenAI aims to strike a balance between generating revenue and advancing its mission of ensuring AI benefits all of humanity.
As others have mentioned in that thread. It would be better as an option from the user side rather than site wide forced implementation. I hope you open a GitHub issue/discussion in the repository so the idea could get more exposure.
Well it doesn't opt you out from the tracking across the whole site
Lemmies agree with you
I heard they were barely able to contain the site at the end as the growth began and expense of maintaining it skyrocketed.
There was iframe support while posting and then it was scrubbed off due to security reasons. I hope it can be brought back again securely or some other method exists.
DoT uses the TLS protocol as far as I know while DoH uses the general HTTPS (443) protocol. But both of them are encrypted so you shouldn't worry about security with any of them. Just use the one that is supported with your device/app
Absolutely this
That's why it's a good idea to check an instance policy and maintenance before registration. (Or better yet running your own instance if possible)
Why did they remove it though? I was surprised too when I found out I needed to run local webserver to access local html files
There will never be a poop knife, or chili soap, or any of that here
Only if people whine without making such content, then there never will be
Don't waste taxpayers money, resources on them. They simply don't deserve to live for "rest of their lives in jail"
They'll only see the IP you're connecting with and encrypted data packets being transferred on.
The world of Spirited Away would be top of my list
Most probably not. Unless you've installed custom root certificate provided by them. (which you most probably didn't)
LASIM can help you with that tho
Where can I change this list?
(Setting up a private small group and sharing the burden of cost sounds even better. In that case there would be 5-15 people with limited/closed sign up)
Being part of the fediverse is important to ever be able to challenge mega corporate social sites like Reddit, Twitter
That's why it's good idea to avoid the major/big instances and host on your own if possible (or choose some small random instances and check out their Blocklist+rules)
There are three holup communities that comes up when I type !holup
!holup@lemmy.ml
!holup@lemmy.world
!holup@kbin.social
Tip: you can link communities just like Reddit but typing !
and the community name until a drop down shows up
Not that I can think of other than having more control (such as adding any Blocklist etc)
Just look at the end of the page. :)
You mean TikTok?
Z
I'm in dark background and I can't see anything here.
Same question
Agreed. Most of the servers are behind proxies anyway.
You still believing that? Wow
You guys aren't using DoT (DNS-over-TLS) or DoH (DNS-over-HTTPS) ??
