I'm using Connect and your can meme the title be before the image in the settings, that's what I did
I believe the number up up votes is next to the time it was posted. If there are any down votes then the the number of up votes and down votes are shown next to the up and down arrows respectively and in this case the number of votes are subtracted and shown next to the time posted.
