They actually stopped taking orders, it just took this long to finish their deliveries.

There is some reason to dems pushing for McCarthys removal. That said, they're never going to vote for Gaetz or whoever he decides to back. Best case scenario for Gaetz is McCarthy gets ousted and we have gridlock for the next year with no speaker.

The TLDR is that he got pissy at Twitter, made some threats to buy it out, accidentally made some legally binding business decisions (making an offer to buy a majority stake of Twitter), and got sued when he tried to back out. So he had the choice of going through with his offer (which was about 45 billion) or get fined several billions and walking away. That's the way I remember it all going down.

Pretty sure that's the "sensitive information." Seriously, look at the other categories and tell me what's left.

This article came out today, but the comments happened 2 days ago. So the onion "replied" the day after his comments.

"An employee or a contractor may not provide to an employer his or her preferred personal title or pronouns if such preferred personal title or pronouns do not correspond to his or her sex."

You're right that it doesn't require bigotry, but this section says that if a transgender person is misgendered, they cannot even request to be referred to by their preferred pronouns. I understand not being forced to refer to any person by any specific name or pronoun, but not being able to share your preferences is the opposite of freedom of speech.

Nothing will prevent elected Republican district attorneys from opening investigations into Hunter Biden or even President Joe Biden for corruption, bribery, and money laundering—all they need is some link between the Bidens' "criminal enterprise" (to borrow the Georgia description of the Trump campaign) and their jurisdictions

So all it would take to prosecute Biden would be proof of criminal activity within their jurisdiction? The horror!

I have allergies and usually have sinus infections at least once or twice a year. Every time this is brought up, I wonder how many people would suffocate by not being able to breathe through their mouth. It has its drawbacks but only two small openings that are prone to extended blockages for breathing does too.

Income taxes only effect money earned that year, and have plenty of loopholes to lower that amount significantly. A wealth tax is based on total wealth owned, so it hits every year at the full amount, assuming wealth never goes down. Think property taxes; you pay the same amount for your house tax every year, because you still own it. And if the value increases, so do the taxes.

I use an SNES style controller and a USB GameCube controller for their respective games. I have used a couple N64 replica controllers, but they usually had terrible sticks and I just use the GC controller for them now.

Yeah you used to see a few gonewild posts a day in /all. Then they made popular which I think was supposed to be all without the porn. Then they just removed the porn from all.

I'll look into this, thanks!

KeePass will sync multiple databases by keeping the most recent change in any differences between them. It's very convenient when you're making changes to the list on separate devices, but having two copies of the database helps have a redundancy in case of a device failure.

The sync conflict / corruption is what worries me. Currently I just export a copy as a backup but it's all done manually and not on a schedule.
