Start your application / program with “strace” and see all the files it opens.

Also run “lsof” on a running process to see what files it has open.

Why not for local communities, you still display / require the local @instance name after the community name.

So /c/foo on Lemmy.world even when I am on that instance is still displayed as

foo@lemmy.world

Whereas if I search for or subscribe to “foo” by itself it displays content from the “foo” communities from all federated instances?

Did the guy in the prison costume get arrested? I’d say that’s irony if it weren’t in the midst of this circus.

RetroPi -> Tomb Raider

Get off my lawn

Also NOLF but you can’t run it on anything anymore.

I am old.

Lol fiberglass

This is why submarines are built out of steel.

This “engineer” failed at math class.

Holy shit I completely forgot about that. So much irony.

Now that this is the whole site, there should be a version of that sub where humans post.

Ninja turtles

Interesting. I have not heard of this tools. But you say specified file or folder, that means you already know the file location?

For 250k you can see that website.

This makes a lot of sense. But when I look at terrorist Putin, or Winnie the Poo whatever the fuck, seems like people don’t really care.

Don’t blame me, I voted for Kodos.

He looks just like me.

Fire go out. Straps note to pigeon

I mean I suppose it’s possible they cover stories from all over the US or the rest of the world too.

Yeah anything installed via a package manager, like an rpm or deb package, you can query to see what files belong to that package. Problem is they often have default config file locations, like in your home dir, where they will not ship and install files. (Though they might create them as part of a post install process)

They give free lunch to fetuses.

He is a sovereign citizen.

Isn’t rioting part of French pastime that predates social media by like over a century or so?

Anyway, maybe if he gets those domain name block lists installed on browsers like he wants, he can just shut them down altogether at any time.

Ooh what is Lemmy Community Browser?

Im on iOS. I have the beta mlem app. I mainly just use safari. The auto scrolling feed is annoying me. Is there a way to disable that?

They should have started charging more for their API usage…

But does it run Stuxnet?

They’ll write an AI for that.

Who can forget about teams :(

Wait, didn’t they have their own implementation of Java in the 90s, so applets could run in their IE browser. But it was intentionally such shit that applets never worked right and it basically killed Java in the browser?

Maybe it still is atmospheric pressure…

It’s almost as if someone built a giant ship they were incapable of operating

The lawyer just writes up the disclaimer you sign.

He’s not getting involved in your 500 atmospheres of pressure.

If you’re drinking 36 cans of soda per day, you’ve got bigger problems than aspartame.

That’s what it sounds like to me…

You can’t call a bot a pedo?

I always heard it as Planet X. But someone else comments below it is now more common to refer to it as planet nine.

Though OPs article is suggesting there could be many such planets.

I also thought they were speculating that Planet X was huge. Though I can’t remember anymore it’s been too long since I followed this story.

I’d bet they signed release forms which said pretty much exactly that.

Can’t you just block users and communities you don’t want to read from?

But you can’t close yourself in your microwave.

Check out the Lemmy install docs

Everyone is focusing on the controller, which I don’t think was the issue here. Also they had spare controllers.

The issue is the hull was made out of fucking fiberglass and titanium. This was the first dive since it had gone through a repair. Some tiny imperfection in that fiberglass, under thousands of pounds of pressure, and you’re fucked.

This is why real submarines are made out of steel.

On the plus side, it was probably a very quick death.

This makes sense because I was planning on building an aluminum wall in my kitchen anyway.

How do you mean good sign? I don’t think they can put the genie back in the bottle at this point.

Why is RedHat even bothering to do this shit in the first place though?
