I know general consensus is fuck billionaires, and I'm not exactly desputing that, but I work in IT for a rural school district and a donation from her foundation allowed the district to set up a foundation and now 50 of our students can attend a local community College on full scholarship each year.

Attempt to drive home after being awake for ~2 days. Flipped my vehicle several times and luckily came away with no serious physical injuries.

I was hyped when I first learned about starlink, finally I wouldn't be stuck with 1 Mbps from ATT, then my power co-op announced it would be running gig fiber to all customers homes.

Installed on my steam deck earlier today and had no problems.

My planned d&d setting that took place in a country on the brink of invasion that turns to a magical dome for protection and the fallout from the total isolation from that decision feels a lot less fun now.

Just once I wish the state I live in would make news for something good.

I played Tunic on steam deck as well and absolutely loved it, just haven't been able to get any friends to take the recommendation yet.

When I first pre-ordered I was working a job that had hour lunches and thought it would be great to kill all that extra time. Now I'm in a different job with 30 minute lunch, so I don't get to use it as often but I would still say it's worth it just to keep in my car if I ever happen to have time to kill before an appointment.

I haven't, I recognize that the dome concept isn't particularly original. It just started as a way to keep my players focused on the main conflict and not have to worry about them forcing me to develop the rest of the world. Then I decided ti give the dome story elements.

Maybe Dwarf Delve? Not black background, but it is rune-style font and FPS.

Not willing to go to reddit to confirm the name, but it was something to the affect of "Animals I didn't know existed" didn't check it much but I did enjoy when something new showed up.

Only complaint is that it makes it harder to share with siblings that occasionally play games while also sharing with friends that more regularly do. Makes it less a venn diagram and more segregated boxes.

Mix of Diablo 4 and Halo Infinite multi-player depending on which friend group is online. Technically started AC:Valhalla as my single player game, but I get so little alone gaming time these days that I'm still only 45 minutes in after 3 weeks.
