I mean literally every other food source is more environmentally friendly than meat. Animal agriculture is the number one cause of environmental destruction. Its absurdly inefficient as a food source. Hence why its the number one cause of deforestation and also why almost all food farmed in the world just goes to feeding livestock

Its conflicting even in the sources. There's at least two lines that directly say "everyone who dies in battle goes to Valhal" However the sagas and Eddas are full of people dying in battle who are said to go to Hel. Similarly we have many people who do not die in battle who seem to believe they will be going to Odinn's hall. (academic speculation warning) most of the people who die outside of battle but still intend to go to valhal deem to be specifically Odinn worshippers. Perhaps there's a link there to the odinnic cult.

Vegan communist heee and im genuinely trying but i dont understand what you're asking. Are you saying you think vegans and communists oppose adoption? Because i dont think ive ever heard anyone from either group make a stance against adoption. Ive heard calls for reforms to the adoption and foster system but never anyone opposing the idea of adoption

Doom (2016) might be my all time favorite game. But the end gets really repetitive. The game is kind of loke the original Portal where they had one really great gameplay concept (the combat) and made a tight game around it with no frills. But without any other gameplay loops the end just means tediously long waves of enemies which could become a slog

Doom Eternal probably has my favorite gameplay of any game. I did think it struggled with some sequel bloat. I didnt like the bright colors even if it was a harl back to the original games, or the extended cutscenes and story and lore. It seemed a bit unnecessary especially compared to the running gag in the first one about The Doom Slayer not giving a shit about the story

I disagree. I dont disagree this is true but i dont think its the main reason for poor leadership. I think that has more to do with greed and power politics. Incredibly powerful people and groups (billionaires, superpacs, other politicians) largely choose who gets put in significant leadership positions. They'll put in people who will "play the game" and made token appeals to the masses but largely work towards the interests of themselves and their donors/people pulling the strings.

Its not that theyre afraid to make unpopular decisions as much as they dont really care, because people who do care seldom get into those positions

Some of the classics beyond cash and dolly, I'll exclude the more countrypolitan stuff, these are mostly more honky tonk, also some modern people

Hank williams (all three of 'em) merle haggard, willy nelson, waylon jennings, kris Kristofferson, Buck Owens, wayne hancock, Orville peck, marty robbins, nick shoulders

Bluegrass earl scruggs, osborne brothers, ricky skaggs, billy strings

Gothic? Bridge City sinners, rhiannon Giddens, Amigo the Devil, Shawn James

Just reread Lost Gods by Brom. The only book I've ever reread. Imagine if darksouls took place in the 70s, but with a bit more real world mythology influence. Its my favorite book

Seriously. I work with tradespeople everyday. Society would collapse in a week without them. But also most of them believe in jewish space lasers and want trump to become god king and kick out all the gays and non-whites

Then they complain NO ONE WANTS TO WORK ANYMORE when they cant find anyone who wants to work with them

CALIGULA by Lingua Ignota can be pretty disturbing, it was written as a way to process the trauma of their experiences with sexual assault.

Casualties of Cool by Devin Townsend can be kind of uncanny. Its supposed to be a concept album that sounds like a "haunted johnny cash album" the songs are good but a lot of the sound effects and such are really creepy

Ive heard the term and have a vague idea of what it is but thats it. Id say almost everyone outside of the IT-tech nerd sphere dont know what it is. If it was popular once it isnt now
