That is literally how you are supposed to play Dixit.

A lot of companies have tried to dodge their liability responsibilities by claiming it was an unrelated third party that is responsible.

The consumer still has a contractual relationship with the vendor, not the upstream provider.

The vendor is the one who should ensure their supply chain is safe, and can't demand a stupidly low price that gives no room for safe practices.

What a cracker of a question!

Short answer, yes.

Long answer, what sorts of side effects happen as a result of said medication? I don't think there's a single medication or even supplement out there that doesn't have some sort of side effect (e.g., ibuprofen can cause gut bleeding, iron supplements can lead to constipation, grapefruit can screw with all sorts of medications), so balancing the cost benefit ratio is important.

Suspect Sonarr users didn't have any issues, as it wouldn't have gone looking for an episode 9.

I can just imagine how awkward dentist appointments are going to be...

There's a lot of gay men who don't even consider that these laws will apply to them. It doesn't help that a lot of people will say "oh those laws only apply to locals, they won't enforce them on international people".

Don't get into stranger's cars, and don't give out your real name or number or address on the internet.

Now you do most of these things when you call an uber. 😅

The instructors advise you to speak aloud your actions as you do them. Also helps if you have already levelled out instructions to the rent a crowd to perform specific tasks like send for help and get the defib and you three who said yes to cpr training let's line up and take turns doing cpr.

...of course, the training to be comfortable giving these instructions is not really done.

Iirc the increase in people driving instead of flying due to 911, lead to more accidents and deaths. :(

They did something similar with some transformers here in Australia, and unfortunately there were some possibly associated traffic incidents where people might have not been going the right speed and got rear-ended. One man died, even.

Please avoid the route, even when it is pulled over to "rest", as your fellow motorists may not be able to resist rubbernecking.

Snoring is produced by soft tissues vibrating when they flop where they shouldn't (i.e., blocking airway).

It is thus indicative of reduced airflow, which can result in negative health outcomes - including yes, brain damage. The full condition is called obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA), but there are other conditions like upper airway resistive syndrome.

From the pictures I see online, it looks like an OTC mandibular advancement splint (MAS). MAS are used for management of OSA, but only per the prescription of a sleep physician, who needs the results from a sleep study as well as an examination of the patient.

Not all OSA sufferers will tolerate let alone benefit from a MAS. There are drawbacks and side effects with a MAS that may not be discussed with all patients, let alone purchasers of an OTC product.

Think op means the steam deck, not switch.

Used to be able to get $1 cheeseburgers. The loose change menu was a huge thing here, you could actually wander in with some coins and walk out with some food.

At $1 a burger, in less than 3 minutes, that's way cheaper, "tastier" (subjective), faster, and no cleaning up, than having a pot of lentil curry.

I have absolutely encountered way more smug meat eaters than vegans or vegetarians... They go out of their way to make sexual jokes about forcing some sausage down people's throats, too.

Retirement plan for me is dead by 60, because climate change will have made living an absolute misery.

This is why I now have a motorcycle.

My risk analysis prior was that it wasn't worth it. That has since changed.

From my understanding , it wasn't past the second pair, it was to reactivate deactivated teeth.

As in, they artificially induced a way to stop a tooth forming (which can occur naturally in humans), and then reactivated it. Useful for folks who suffer from agenesis in the first place.

It's user submitted as to where the blocks are, so a very new video won't have it yet. One that's been up for a while, and with enough votes, then yes.

Sometimes there's just something that seems wrong. Why did the man turn back? Why did he then claim someone had called out to him? The OP felt something was off and acted on it.

As someone in dental, I'm crying about your teeth. That's a lot of acidity to be putting in your mouth.

The tax on cigarettes is so high, it's been claimed they pay more into the system than they claim out, as they die too soon. 🫣 (In Australia)

We have a gaming laptop at work, but there's a hand held 3d scanner attached to it and it builds the model as we scan. Only gaming laptops have a GPU good enough to do this.

An enby I encountered a fair bit back home would call everyone friend, and I might refer to people as folks. I am lucky I'm Australian, so mate also works.

They would have only seen that combination if they had gone looking for the vagina though...

Not just that but I've seen posts mocking the captain for being a lesbian, and wokeness for why the boat crashed.

Depends, some of us happen to belong to minorities that the conservative right are actively working to oppress, and that's not really something one can tolerate.

It'd be one thing if it was a disagreement about what colour to paint the new children's hospital.

But when they want ethnics in shit jobs for shit pay, queers dead, and AFAB barefoot and pregnant - they can fuck right off.

For anyone worried about this, you can ask for a bite block.

Last I heard 2035 was already going to be pretty crap, 2050 was unlivable.

This was asked on the other site: https://reddit.com/r/AskAnAustralian/comments/15ecqe2/anyone_here_a_butcher_or_work_in_commercial_meat/

The type of crumb being purchased was the answer.

Guess inkbird are going to get recommended a lot more...

Maybe from the other side?

Just a matter of faster charging, takes me maybe 5-10 minutes to fill up and pay, would take a lot longer for an EV. Certainly not an issue if every accommodation had charging points, as I'd then be unlikely to need a full charge during the day.

And yes, for regular day to day driving I would just charge at home, as I'm fortunate to have a garage. Not the case for many folks, sadly.

Definitely great news, and it's looking good that my next car will be an EV.

Sometimes the scanning technique can mean an item is accidentally scanned twice. It's a bit of a faff around to have to go to the CS desk to get a refund, so I can understand them wanting you to not make any mistakes in the first place.

The 3m 6035 filter only has a replacement schedule for infection control reasons, implying the outside may become too contaminated.

It was the original pandemic filter (there is a model up that does organic vapours too), marketed as being used for at least one pandemic wave.

No filter will last 10 years of daily use, at some point even your washable car filters or cleanable air purifier filters clog up and break down. But these are very long lasting for what they do, and I can see someone being able to stretch them out to one every six months, if in a hospital setting.

Love how they claim limiting price gouging would have caused shortages... Why? How? What an unsupported claim.

Putting aside whether it's normal for you to be experiencing aging so early*, you should still see another PCP because they didn't manage your actual concern: "I am experiencing issues functioning day to day life, and would like a plan to manage this".

It would have been one thing if the doctor had said "yup, just you, so let's get you into an assisted living arrangement now", or "I'm fairly certain this is just your shitty genes, but to rule out anything else, let's send you for X tests and see the Y specialist".

From your post, it doesn't sound like that was the case.

*The joke goes that after thirty you don't get injured, you get permanent disabilities.
