Disc golf. Most cities of moderate size have a course somewhere around and most are free to use. Can get started with 1 disc, about 10 to 12 dollars for a putter, all you'd need to start, or get a starter set of 3 discs for about 30 to 40 bucks at most sporting goods stores.

Someone told me i was going to get banned for saying i joined lemmy.world on reddit.. and it's like.. Okay?? This site is shit now anyways, so you're going to ban me for using a different website, that's a great way to retain users during your mass-user revolt crisis.
Mastodon has been a better alternative to reddit for me than Lemmy has so far tbh, except it's not as interactive with other people I less you chase followers. But the niche communities have more activity over there than here so far.
