Exactly. I've been working for several years in the industry and the most time consuming part of the development is not graphics; it's design (in all shapes) + implementation + iteration until all is polished and the game is good no matter how it looks.

First, number doesn't matter; severity does. A bug-fest of dead enemies ragdolling into oblivion is preferable to having important quests, or even main quests, blocked in a way that can only be unblocked via console. Totally not looking at you, Fallout 4.
